Couponing is keeping me up at night- it’s true. I suppose it’s like those gamblers who pine for the casino- I wonder what scenario I haven’t played yet to get me some more cats (Catalinas).  And it’s getting worse the better I am getting at procuring my groceries for free.

OK- I admit I bought 11 boxes of Swiss Miss hot co-cocoa for a $1, BUT  I received $10 in cats back. Those cats I can use on anything, alright I admit I roll them into another deal.  With couponing there’s no stepping away from the table, no buying the house with your winnings- IT NEVER stops. The last two weeks I made over $95 in cats, that’s nothing compared to most hard-core Qponers. I actually straight out bought some things.

And that’s OK- I do get a reprieve when store sales change for the worse. Plus, I am boxing up those extras I do not need- anyone want some Suave?- and sending them over to the Lake View Pantry. Denial is the first sign…
