It's hard to keep up with the flurry of parties and releases coming from Chicago newcomers Midnight Conspiracy these past few months. Their first release, a synth-happy italo-banger version of Chromeo's "Night by Night", reached the #2 spot on Hype Machine's most popular charts and their second, turning Esser’s sleek pop anthem "Headlock" into a dreamy dubstep track, was featured on BBC Radio 1 on the Kissy Sell Out show. Following up performances at SXSW in Austin and WMC in Miami, as well as gigs across the Midwest, Midnight Conspiracy are back with their third offering -- an official Crystal Castles remix in support of the band's upcoming HARD tour and new album. Adding what's becoming Midnight Conspiracy’s distinctive synth sound, they turn the indie-electro classic “Crimewave” into an italo-disco journey through space and time.

Midnight Conspiracy have rocked Chicago's dance scene with their epic parties Delorean Nites at Lincoln Hall and Die Tonight at Beauty Bar, filling each to capacity and then some. In less than a year, they’ve brought their dirty electro rock to parties alongside the likes of Crystal Castles, MSTRKRFT, A-Trak, So Me, DJ Funk, Bassnectar, Bloody Beetroots, Treasure Fingers, The Faint, LA Riots, Le Castle Vania, Designer Drugs, Villains, Danger and Computer Club to name a few. They also maintain prestigious Chicago residencies at After Dark at The Art Institute of Chicago, Disappear Here and Limelight at Spybar.

Chicago’s very own Skyler Mendoza turns into the True Villain every Thursday night at Spybar and will have you dancing til you can’t feel your feet anymore. 2009 Lollapalooza performer, Skyler has played at many of the top Chicago nightclubs and was named one of Chicago's best DJs by NBC Chicago. With a background like that he's sure to get any party started! The True Villain himself will have you sweating all night long with his unique old school house jams mixed with modern day electro and progressive sounds that'll be hard to find anywhere else.
