One of the only things I love as much as live music from bands I love, is free downloads of live songs from the bands I love! Dangerbird Records brings to you a free EP of five songs from Fitz and The Tantrums that were recorded live at the House of Blues in Boston.

This free EP includes three live versions of  Fitz and The Tantrums originals from their debut hit album Pickin’ Up The Pieces: “News 4 U,” “Pickin’ Up The Pieces,” and “Breakin’ The Chains of Love” – PLUS  two live cover songs of “Sweet Dreams” (Eurythmics) and “Steady As She Goes” (The Raconteurs).

This is a band known for bringing invigorating and joyful live performances to their fans every single time. These tracks help to truly capture the endearing sassy attitude of Michael “Fitz” Fitzpatrick on stage, as well as the synergy he shares with co-singer Noelle Scaggs and the talented Tantrums. Hearing these live tracks takes me straight back to how great their sets were for all the sold out shows they’ve rocked here in Chicago at Metro.
